I was so relieved to hear, via my insurance company, that I could stay on my property while my home was gutted and dried-out following an extensive escape of water under the ground floor.I have a lot of pets to consider; the cats and chickens could not be relocated and managing the dogs would be extremely difficult elsewhere.

Thanks to TeePee Homes I was able to use a well equipped static caravan with full electrics and plumbing during the five months that the repairs and renovations were carried-out. We were warm through a harsh Winter. Minor hiccups due to the severe weather were promptly and sensitively dealt with by the TeePee team.

The owners and employees of TeePee Homes are genuine and caring, which really helped as the situation was quite stressful. I can confidently recommend TeePee Homes to any other families who find themselves in a similar position.

During a long and complex subsidence claim, out of all the firms I have had to deal with, yours has been the one I could depend on to ensure our comfort and needs were immediately met.

I can’t say that spending seven months in a caravan during the coldest Winter for more than 30 years has been a bundle of laughs, but can only commend you and your team on your true professionalism and courtesy throughout, making it a much more bearable experience.

One instance was back in January, when the pipes had completely frozen in both the caravan and our exposed house, your determination to fix the problem can only be described as outstanding. Working in blizzards and sub-zero temperatures in excess of 8-hours a day for two consecutive days, combined with horrendous road and travelling conditions was quite remarkable and one that was most appreciated by myself and my family.

I am not a person who normally writes letters of thanks – a few of complaint maybe, since this claim started – but you and your firm have been first-class in every respect and we wish you every success in the future, something I am sure will undoubtedly be the case. It was a pleasure to have met and dealt with you all.

When the caravan finally departed, my wife was so grateful she wasn’t sure whether to hug you or shake you by the hand!

My wife and I were unfortunate to experience a severe flood. Our property suffered significant damage and it was a relatively long time before remedial work began.

When it was agreed that we should move into temporary accommodation TeePee Homes responded immediately and we were provided with an excellent, comfortable and well-equipped caravan on site. The follow up service was admirable throughout our tenure and the staff were courteous and helpful. There is no doubt in my mind that both the caravan and the staff helped considerably to make the whole episode bearable.
